Ahh I hate matrices, but it's easier to use regression on a calculator. Get a TI 83 or higher

•go to STATS

•enter Edit

•plug in your x-points in L1 and your y-points in L2

•then put 2nd quit to exit out

• click STATs but scroll right to CALC

•click on 5 which is QuadReg

Click enter and your done
