What's a good gift (particularly any book names) for an orthopaedic surgeon?

He isn't going to want to read about surgery.

I like "Every Patient Tells a Story: Medical Mysteries and the Art of Diagnosis" by Lisa Sanders.

Also, "All Things Bright and Beautiful" by James Herriot (there are a series of this interesting account of being a country veterinarian in the early 20th century). He may have read these a while back.
