Company christmas bonus?

The company i work for have issued all other employees a christmas bonus of £175 exept me (been working there 7 months) and one other person (been there 2 years) surely the christmas bonus should be given to everyone???? is it illegal to give one and not another?

maybe because i have been there under a yr may exclude me but what about the other employee who has been there 2 years???

there has been no comment on my work or quality of work, i have done extra shifts to help, provided cover and so has the other employee ?

A Christmas bonus is not an entitlement. It is always at the employers discretion.

The fact that you have worked less than a year may have excluded you.

So would a poor performance review during the year.
