How well will Saints Row 3 run on my laptop?

Hey everyone, I'm thinking of buying Saints Row 3 for my brother on PC.

Will the game run well on Lenovo G770?

its specs are:

Intel Core i3 2330M 2.2GHz, RAM 4GB, HDD 500GB, AMD 6650 1GB

If it will run, how well will it run?

You can run medium to mid-high graphics at a reasonable frame rate. I would say a new GPU would be in place but the game will run.
