In the Lost episode, The Moth, was Jack a security guard backstage at a Drive Shaft concert?

It's a tiny scene but when Charlie is pushing through people backstage in his flashback, one of the security guards looks just like Matthew Fox. Was it actually him or just a lookalike?

It would be a look-a-like I bet, because Lost does often have other characters in the backgrounds of other people's flashbacks, but they usually make a point of showing it for a reason, and their would be none for Jack to be a security guard.
