How to increase text size in Yahoo Mail?

My boss is having trouble reading his email in Yahoo Mail, and we can't seem to figure out how to increase the text size. Any help? He is running Windows 7 and Firefox is his browser of choice. Under the display settings, we have "Medium" selected.

Try pressing control + on the keyboard and see if that works.

Control and 0 to reset it once logged out of yahoo mail.

There are some settings that you can change in YAHOO! Mail to make the text larger. Log in and do the following:

1. Log into YAHOO! Mail

2. Click on Options

3. Select Mail Options

4. In Mail Options, with the General category selected, scroll down to the bottom of the page. There, you will find Advanced Settings. You can change the font and font size that way.

There is an alternative to this. Press and hold down the CTRL (Control) key and if you have a computer mouse with a wheel in the middle to scroll up and down, move the wheel up. You will see the text size on the web page increase in size.
