Is wearing flat shoes such as converse , vans ok when having flat feet?

I have flat feet and i have special insoles given to me by an orthtist.

With flat feet you have to wear shoes which support your feet, so a good fitting pair of shoes.

Generally they say with a seperate heel like an inch.

Umm i guess converse and vans would be ok but as they are 'flat shoes' they dont help with your flat feet.

Yes, because you're not supporting your arches. Skin has elasticity and can stretch out. Buy shoe inserts.
