Can I find out a Blocked Id's phone number that keeps calling my phone?

this person calls my phone more than 10 times in a row everyday, and sometimes she talks for 2 seconds without giving me a chance and says that I stole her bf... and calls me bad words, when I dont even know who this person is and wouldnt steal someone elses bf. I'm kind of depressed because of this?
