Why is he calling me baby?

Ok so I have a slight crush on this guy. He calls me baby sometimes, but I can't tell if he's joking or is serious to some degree. How can I tell? Also when he calls me baby I roll my eyes. Should I start playing along?

i had a guy who was flirty like that, always said "hi beautiful or hey gorgeous" and such. i played a little hard to get, just like you are by rolling your eyes and all that.. play along!

No, I have a friend who always calls me "Babe" and "Baby". He recently asked me out but he always talks about how he likes other girls & talks about makin out with other people. He is just a player, Dump him. Quit talking to him please. You will be broken in the end. Believe me.
