cant read last word of unrelenting force?

Question

im level 62 and just started main quest. i brought back the horn then left to do some other quest. i came back and the guy told me to learn the last word. the other guy shouted at the ground and the word appered,but i cant learn it... it doesnt say i have it... it just glows on the ground.i have ran around it for 10 minutes please help.

this will sound horrible i know mine did it too so hit hit the dude with the one i had out of flustration then talked to the other dude waiting for my **** to rechage to hit him and then the dude mde it on the ground again and it worked
