Do I have a flat stomach? (pic)?

Do I have a toned flat stomach or a beer belly? I can't tell! Thx. Btw I'm 5'4"

    It's difficult to be able to tell from the angle at which your pic was taken. However, you look like you have lordosis. It's very common and I have a bit myself. Many people do and it prevents a flat abdomen because the spine curves inward (concave) in the lower T and L vertebrae pushing the belly out. It's genetic and there is no remedy. Ref: http://www.healthopedia.com/pictures/lordosis.html That's why's it important to ascertain why your abdomen is not flat and then ask your question while providing that information.

    You look like you have a healthy body weight so I doubt your problem is fat. However, if you do have fat, it's probably not visceral (beer belly) because that tends to be a male thing. Women tend to store belly fat subcutaneously (under the skin) more and you don't seem to have a particular problem there.

    Just bear in mind that one pic the whole story does not tell. Now watch these videos by a very bright 21 year old.

    tbh, looks more like a beer belly to me. that isnt attractive. you said you are sucking in when it looks like u are actually pushing your stomach out, like a joke or something. I'm just being honest, imo its not looking too bad but u definitely needs to workout to be toned and flat. try a new diet and cardio with light weight training and u will get the stomach you want, if thats what you want.

    I've seen a few girls who have stomachs like that. I'm not sure why, maybe genetics? Because you don't look big at all. Just your belly pushes out for some reason. Try doing some ab exercises?

    You more than likely have a beer belly if you are sucking in, but you're not fat anyway, just not skinny.
