An idea for cops...? Opinions?
I was remembering a Kurt Russel film called Soldier and that got me thinking. Why not have people (20% of the population) trained from birth to be police officers. They would be highly trained and disciplined, following every procedure without becoming over aggressive or corrupt. These cops would feel no fear and ignore pain. What do you think?

Why not be like the POSTMAN with Kevin Costner or Judge Dredd.

If you train someone from birth to be a cop when he/she reaches 18 he/she will be a mad man/woman. Cops on average don't last too long on the force because there are some smart enough to know when it's time to leave before they kill.

Do you mean that 20% of the population would be selected at birth to be slaves and do the work that the government told them to do, no matter what their personal desires were?
