What is the Name of this Film?

Question

It was about a mother of a child whom was arrested for some type of white-collar crime and sent to prison (though it was not one of those 'women in prison' exploitation genre) where the male guards were abusing the women. I remember that the husband of the woman in prison had a radio program (or something like that) and there was a female guard in the prison who helped the woman expose the guards (I think she even pointed a shotgun at one of the guards near the end of the film). Any ideas as to the name of the film?

Finally found it, I watched this movie last month on Lifetime its called :"Prison of Secrets"
