Is there a way to indicate that a mailed package is to be opened on a certain date?

Is there a way I can indicate that a mailed package is intended to be opened on a specific date (by writing something on the outside of the package). For instance, if I want them to open it on Christmas...

Update:

Please don't post ridiculous answers. I'm trying to find a way not to have to double box my Christmas presents with a message between the first and second box that says. "This is your christmas present, don't open it yet." Its unnecessary weight and packaging.

Just write it on the outside... something like DO NOT OPEN UNTIL CHRISTMAS. I've done it before and it worked out perfectly!

All you can do is write on the package. It's up to the recipient whether to honor that request.
