When one becomes the managament level of the company, s/he has an increasing chance of gaining the confidential information of the company about money and benfits, which seduce one to commit crimes, therefore, to be a good senior, inspite the professional conducts, correct moral standard counts, and these can be improved through education and training. However, some cannot be improved through education and training, which is like the defendant of this case, who has a good education background and professional qualification, that normally makes him a trust-worthy and can be given confidentials, but no one would imagine under the seduction of money and benefits, he could commit such a crime without any concern. In such a big company, he must not be the only one to know this confidential information, but why only he committed this crime, but not others? All depends on personal morality.
