Good Workout Plan for 13 year old?
Okay so, I'm homeschooled, & Want to lose at least 10 pounds before I go back to a public school. I'm probably going back around January 10th. Is there anyway I could lose 10-15 pounds before then, or start out slower? Please No rude comments! TY! (:

Cardio. You are too young to lift weights so you are bound to just running and getting exercise. Ride a bike, play a sport, or just jog around. Good luck :D
