A new way to make Sausage Balls?
I am making Sausage Balls for Christmas. I am making 2 batches. One with cheddar like the receipe calls for except I am using the triple cheddar blend by Kraft. The other I wanted to use pepper jack cheese. Has anyone ever tried it? Or any other kinds of cheese or different variations? I am open to suggestions and would like to try something new and different.

Someone brought the cheddar ones to a party I had a while back. They were wonderful! Pepper Jack sounds like a great variation! Just don't use low-fat cheese. Low fat cheese is great on stuff, but it doesn't cook well.
