Healthiest subway sandwich?

Tell me the healthiest subway sandwich not veggie delight and its xalories

    But the healthiest Subway sandwich is the Veggie Delite. I guess turkey would be the next best thing. It all depends on how many and what types of ingredients you put on it, too.

    Why would you eat any kind of a sub sandwich and expect it to be a healthy meal? The only "healthy" part is the lean meat and the veggies, not the bread flour (whole grains are not so much whole grains, just a few nuggets of whole grain sprinkled through white bread), processed cheeses or deli meats.

    Pack your lunch and eat healthy food. Stay out of the fast food joints.

    Yea I saw on the napkin that turkey is second to Veggie, but veggie is really good with flat bread!

    Byo, imo.

    I wouldnt trust the sanitary conditions in any restaurant.

    Bring fruit & buy yogurt if it's in date and cold.

    Or bring skim milk powder & add water.

    None of them, don't eat there. They don't really care about your health. That's just a gimmick they use to get people in the door.

    i like the turkey breast but idk if its the best for you but its really yummy
