    Use Wolfram...

    2 cos^5(theta)+2 cos^3(theta)+2 cos(theta)-20 sin^2(theta) cos^3(theta)+10 sin^4(theta) cos(theta)-6 sin^2(theta) cos(theta)

    Good luck!
