5Fe2+ + MnO4- + 8H ------> 5Fe+ + Mn2+ + 4H2O

nFe2+ = 100.00mL x (0.0500mol/1L) = 5.00 mmol

nMnO4- = 5.00 mml x (5/5) = 5.00mmol

[MnO4-]= 5.00mmol\12.6 mL = 0.396825 mol/L

= 0.397 mol/L

    I'm not sure why you used (5/5) in your second calculation. Since you are trying to relate moles of MnO4- to moles of Fe2+, you should do the calculation as:

    5 mmol Fe2+ X (1 mmol MnO4- / 5 mmol Fe2+) = 1 mmol MnO4- and then

    [MnO4-] = 1 mmol / 12.6 mL = 0.0794 mol/L
