Can I Install This Graphics Card In My Computer?

Thank you in advance to anyone willing to read this very long post! I know you all like as many details as possible &, I know this is an extremely common question, none-the-less, I am asking for my own peace of mind!

I have ordered a ZOTAC GT 430 Synergy Edition Graphics Card. Here is a link to the info & specs (just too much to list here but, I will if nobody wants to mess with links):

My PC is an HP Pavilion a6554f. It is a 64-bit Windows 7 Pro, (upgraded from Vista Home Premium), Processor is a Q6600 Core 2 Quad, 5GB of DDR2 PC-6400 MB/sec/800MHz RAM installed, (8GB max), Integrated graphics; Intel GMA 3100, Integrated 7.1 channel high-def audio, 7200 RPM 750GB HDD 3.0 GB/sec, & it has the minimum required CPU for the card, 300watts.

I run it daily witha WD 500GB External HDD & a Seagate 250GB External HDD. I need the comp for recording and editing live music, recording/editing video, watching HD videos streamed to my TV, and I want to start playing some higher-end games. I only play online games at the moment. (Pogo, GSN, etc..) I would also like to upgrade my monitor, (current monitor is HP w1907), and add a BD drive.
