I think they fit well, as they're both classic (and even 3 syllables). The interesting thing, though, is that Isabelle is overly popular while Genevieve is a bit more obscure. I do like Genny and Belle... so cute!
Charlotte and Isabelle- yes, although I think this gives a slightly different feeling. Genevieve feels almost regal to me. Charlotte is still classy, but also a bit country. So they go, but don't feel as regal as Genevieve and Isabelle.
Catherine and Isabelle- I really like this combo. They're both classy but common. Cate and Belle would be adorable.
Philippa and Isabelle- I don't feel like these go quite as well. They're both classic, but Philippa would go better with Georgina, imho. It's less feminine to me... and more old-fashioned. Isabelle feels more modern, although still classic.
Georgina and Isabelle- I don't feel like these are as evenly paired. Isabelle is totally a 2000s name... it's so overused right now. At the same time, it's also very classic. Georgina is just extremely classic. They go together alright, but I think you have better combos, like Catherine and Isabelle.
