Could you help in respect of a small English sentence?

Question

This certificate is issued by the courtesy of Municipal Corporation of Delhi.

I am uncertain about how to use "courtsesy" in this case. Even though, it might be unnecessary, I must use in some way.

Could you please guide in this respect?

your sentence is almost fine. Just take out "by the" in front of courtesy. the finished product is this: This certificate is issued courtesy of Municipal Corporation of Delhi. Hope this helps!\
