    I don't have a uni, Annie - I barely left high school.

    I blame that entirely on high school girls... and raging hormones ;)

    Oh, and the fact I'm really lazy... and I wanted my own car ;)

    First off, the confederate flag is a symbol of states' rights more than slavery. Just look up the definition. And there's nothing wrong with being vocal about supporting states' rights.

    Second off, it's a black person. What is he going to be racist against himself?

    I believe he should be allowed to hang the flag.

    My university? Funny that I could have gone to the univeristy of South Carolina without ever having set foot in the state.

    It's his freedom. I don't see how atheism is involved in this. You're using fallacious reasoning by seeing atheism and individual freedom to put a flag in a dorm as related.
