How to stand out when dancing a solo?

Soon I will be competing in dancing comps and I have been competing before and won twice and got a few seconds and thirds. I really want to win to feel like Ive achieved and gotten better this year. I am doing a ballet solo and also a jazz solo. There are 27 other people against me in ballet and around 16 in jazz. How can I stand out and get a place ?? Thanks x
