Anyone want to answer briefly exactly what is meant by super heated steam, saturated steam, and other steam quality concepts. My problem is how to determine whether or not steam is superheated!

Is the steam at a higher temperature than 212F? Then it is superheated. To be made so, it must normally be under pressure. Saturated steam means that the atmosphere holds as much moisture as it will hold - adding more moisture will cause dripping - which is wet steam - usually not desired but sometimes useful (condensing wet steam transfers a lot of energy to the point of condensation)
