What would you add to/serve with this?

I recently got a pumpkin parmesan pasta sauce from Williams Sonoma. What do you recommend I add to the pasta or serve with the pasta to round out the meal?

I don't want salad or bread.

Thanks for your suggestions!

I buy this sauce every year.

You can saute a variety of mushrooms, salmon or chicken and serve it with/over pasta or rice. I usually add a really nice quality parmigiano-reggiano cheese and some fresh parsley.

You can also add some to risotto. Heat 1/3 to 1/2 the jar in a sauce pan. After you have made the risotto and removed it from the heat, stir in the sauce and a little parmigiano-reggiano cheese.

I think some grilled chicken would be good. Or steak. Maybe some peas or corn as well.

Have a juicy ribeye steak, and then throw the sauce away
