The question is pretty vague, and a person might be able to make a case for most of the answers, but I believe the "best" answer is acetylcholine because the other three all deal with the neuron side of the juniction; only acetycholine is present at both the neuronal and the muscular componenents of the neuromuscular junction.

maybe synaptic vesicles cuz between two neurons in the junction the impulse is transferred to chemical message by sending out chemicals. so maybe they r held in vesicles.
