Please help, what areas of the world were taken over by the Islamic conquest?

"Egypt, India, China, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, Spain, France, Portugal, Most of Africa, All of the Middle East, America"
isn't entirely correct. The extent of the medieval Islamic expansion was more or less congruent with the borders of the Islamic world today, with a few exceptions. What we now call India was never fully conquered by Muslims, and only a very tiny part of China ever was. None of the territory of modern-day France has ever been under Islamic control, and "most of Africa" never was either.
This answer of course also leaves out some of the rather obvious ones that WERE taken over by Islamists, like Indonesia (the country with the world's largest Muslim population) and Malaysia. Not to mention Central Asia, the Caucasus, and parts of Russia. And then there's the Balkan region, which, like Iberia, was under Muslim control at one point but is today majority non-Muslim.

All of the Middle East under the Islamic Caliphate, as well as North Africa as part of the Islamic Caliphate and Ottoman Empire. The Muslims also gained control of Southern Spain during the Medieval times. India and Pakistan under the Mughal Empire, Greece, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, The Black Sea, most of the Balkans, Malta and Cyprus, were all conquered as part of the Ottoman Empire. Austria also came close to being defeated by the Ottomans in the late 1600's and were on Vienna's doorsteps, but the Austrians ended up pushing them out in the end and retaking Hungary and the northwest Balkans, as well as reestablishing influence in Italy.
