I got a new PC and i want to delete my steam on my old PC and download it on a new one (you know what i mean) , so how should i do it just ctrl+a delete all steam files?

NO! Are you getting rid of the PC. If so, go into the Steam program. Right click on the game, and hit "Delete Local Content". Then, when finished, go to Add or Remove Programs in the control panel, and uninstall Steam.
This will clear all of the games, and Steam out of the Windows Registry. If you do not, the computer will think that the games are there, even though they are not.
Now, if you are keeping it, just keep them there, no harm done.Source(s): Steam User
