Is any kind of assisted suicide legal anywhere in the United States?

Maybe like euthanasia? Can you request a doctor to put you to sleep? Right-to-die?

    - Several states have euthanasia laws at some level, though most a poorly implemented. Oregon has the most well-known and "liberal" version.

Euthanasia can be accomplished via medical directives where the maker of the directive specifies what medical help should be withheld from them when they are in various medical conditions.

Be sure to have a medical attorney in fact appointed, power of atty, to enforce the directive.

yes ..if your in pain the DR can give you pain medication to stop the pain even to the point that it kills you ..trouble is if you speak this out loud to some people it will only put pressure on DR's to let people suffer for fear of some kind of punishment to the DR. but you would have to be dieing of cancer or something like it for a couple of years before they would do it..
