Compatible yes. I would suggest this power supply instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N8... . Yes your 600W is more than enough for your card and other parts but when it comes time to go XFire you are going to want more than 600W to power 2 factory overclocked 6950s and everything else including your CPU that is probably going to be overclocked. In addition to the overclock you are probably going to flash these to 6970s which is going to cause an even bigger power drain. There is a BIOS change that I have heard about that allows the 6950 to be unlocked to a 6970 but you need to be 100% sure you know what you are doing. Not even 99.9% will be enough. 1 small error can turn then into REALLY expensive paper weights. The rest of the parts, CPU cooler and the case looks good.
