Asian foods are rich with condiments, such as turmeric, garlic, onion, tamarind, lime, bay leaf, sesame, red or green hot chili peppers. Those ingredients has benefit for our body, such as lime water which it good for your skin because it rich vitamin C. Even, if you have acne and dabbing lime water daily to your face, after 3 months, you acne will gone slowly. I have prove it and its work. The other side, turmeric also very good to clean blood in the body, and hot chili pepper also contain specific benefits for your body. Mean, when you feel cos of spicy food, you will sweaty. One of secret that make asian has smooth skin is when their mother pregnant, she drinks the water of young coconut. My nephews has very smooth skin even smoother than others. And the last, most of asian prefer to eat vegetables which it low fat. In Indonesia, when the price of hot chili pepper increasing, my country got serious problem cos we cant eat without hot chili pepper. Believe it or not, but that is true.
