Coats of arms are given to people, not families. To display a coat of arms you are not entitled to (And there is no such thing as family crests) you're in fact committing a form of identity theft.
In short, unless you've registered a coat of arms for yourself as an individual, you have no claim to one. Coats of Arms are still assigned to this day.
Also, House of names is a documented rip-off site. google House Of names Review to learn more about that particular scam site (Also connected to 4crests, etc)

The particular company you mention is well known in reputable genealogy circles, as being totally useless. Take a hard look...they want to sell you something.
In fact, there is NO SUCH THING as any family crest. All coats of arms are similiar to medals, for example...awarded to a single person.
They cannot sell what does not exist...so, no...they are not reliable.

If you are entitled to a coat of arms, you would know.
This is not a genealogy question, but I am not sure where it should go. If you have a question about ancestors, you can post it here and someone will come along to help.

Google your last name (or the original version of your name if it has been changed (like mine lol)) + crest and see what comes up.
