Is Alabama's past revisting itself with immigration law?

It appears that with this new immigration law, the rest of the country is looking at Alabama as the state is was from the civil rights movement's day. The new law is not only causing illegal hispanics to want to leave but also legal hispanics.

No, discriminating against people based on their skin color is not the same as trying to stop people from breaking the law.

And oh no! It's making illegal immigrants want to leave? Wouldn't want people to obey the law or anything!
