True or false: What doesn't kill you makes you stronger?

    False. Not always. Sometimes while you may end up stronger in one area, you will always be a little weaker in another. Sometimes you just learn to compensate well. Not necessarily stronger, but different. And sometimes some people dont get stronger and dont learn to compensate either. Depends on the person and the situation, I guess.

    Drew Brees wrote a book about it. It must be true.

    Actually, since I'm not a Saints fan, that means it's false.

    It can be true, or not, depending on 1) the situation, 2) the definition of "stronger", and 3) your reaction to the situation.

    In many cases that's true ... but I can think of several sets of circumstances where it would be false.
