What does Major Drug Interactions mean?

I'm helping put together a presentation and I was given the task of finding the Major Drug Interactions of Hypertension. What does that mean?

I am totally confused. Please help!

    Drug interactions are situations in which a substance affects the activity of a drug. This occurs most commonly between two or more drugs. Hence it being called a drug interaction. High blood pressure could potentially be the result of a drug interaction but not necessarily cause a drug interaction.
