Can you recommend me some books to read?

I'm on the third book of the Hush, Hush Saga by Becca Fitzpatrick and I'm hating it right now. lol, I think I might stop. So can you guys recommend me some books to read, please? I prefer YA, Romance, Fantasy, and Action/Adventure all jumbled up into one. I like when it's in first person from a girl's perspective and there MUST be romance it. I've looked into the book Matched, but most people said they stopped halfway through. :/

So far I've read:

Harry Potter Series by JK Rowling

The Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins

I Am Number Four and The Power of Six by Pittacus Lore

Vanished by Meg Cabot

Hush, Hush and Crescendo by Becca Fitzpatrick

The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare

Percy Jackson Series by Rick Riordan

I'm not really big on Twilight so don't mention that. lol, thanks!

Try Nokosee: Rise of the New Seminole (http://bit.ly/Nokosee) and its sequel Nokosee & Stormy: Love & Bullets (http://amzn.to/fqOoph). Both are written from a 17-year-old girl's POV. A coming-of-age tale with lots of action, adventure and romance layered over a twisted save-the-environment plea.

Cherry by Mary Karr. A memoir about teens, sex, drugs and growing up in rural Texas as told through the gritty, beautiful prose of one of America's best writers having taught at Harvard and currently teaching as the Peck Professor of English Literature at Syracuse University. It's a book every teen girl should read. If the opening paragraph doesn't do it for you, nothing will (you can read it on the Amazon link below). I've also supplied you a link to her Harper Collins website where you can see the author describe her life in a revealing teaser for her new book "Lit."

I'm surprised that no one said the Tigers Curse series yet. The Tigers Curse series by Colleen Houck is one of the most amazing series I've ever read. There are three books:

    ~Tigers Curse

    ~Tigers Quest

    ~Tigers Voyage

A 4th book is coming out soon. Iron Fey series (4 books), and Blue is for Nightmares series (4 books and one graphic novel) are great series too :)

Wow, you mentioned most of the books I was gonna recomend. No matter, I know you'll love the Maximum Ride series. It fits all of your requirements PERFECTLY. They're written by James Patterson, the first book is called The Angel Experiment, then there's School's Out Forever, then Saving the World, followed by The Final Warning, MAX, FANG, ANGEL, and then the last one, Nevermore, is coming out in February. The chapters are a little short, but you'll still like it. Happy reading!

i really love the GONE series by michael grant. it gets pretty dark sometimes. it's pretty much all of your likes except it's told from a lot of different perspectives, so you get to know all the characters. but anyway, it's a series and there are four of them out right now, two more left to come out.

other than that i'd reccomend: The Princess Bride (i really loved this book, even though it's a little over the top romantic and kind of skeptical), shiver by maggie stiefvater (it's the first of a trilogy)
