Watching news over the Iran , Israel issue ?

Will there be a possibility that Israel might bomb Iran on suspected nuclear activities if so will Israel be isolated by other arab countries and even declare all out war with Israel. What I am asking is both Iran and Israel putting its citizens on unwanted risks and trying to destroy their own countries by means of war . I have heard there are no winners in war ? Thanks for your answers

There is a possibility. But, it is more likely that the US or UK will do it.

Israel would not be isolated by other Arab countries.

    The wikileaks cables revealed that:

United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and Bahrain, have been pleading with the USA to stop Iran's nuclear weapons program.

The Arab world is terrified of a nuke armed Iran

Pretty much every state agrees that a nuclear armed Iran would USE nukes as first strike weapons and they threaten a lot of people.

Iran's govt threatens and attacks Israel and the US via proxies.

Iran (and Syria) are the prime backers of the Shia slaughter of Sunni's for being heretics.

Iran keeps threatening its gulf neighbors that it "owns" them as heir to the Persian Empire.

Hezbollah, Iran and Syria's proxy in Lebanon assassinated the previous Lebanese PM.

And those are just the states that we know of via wikileaks.

Iran's govt is putting its people at some risk. But that is not new. They crushed the opposition supporters after an apparently illegal election.

And their history shows that they truly believe that dying while in the service of killing enemies is a direct line to heaven. They sent their own children into mine fields to set off the mines and go to heaven (leaving it clear for adult soldiers to go through) in their war with Iraq.

While they are already attacking Israel via proxies, I don't think it could escalate much higher than that. Iran is too far away and the other Arabs states fear/hate them too much.

citations: Officials in Jordan and Bahrain have openly called for Iran's nuclear programme to be stopped by any means, including military.

    • Leaders in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt referred to Iran as "evil", an "existential threat" and a power that "is going to take us to war".

Egyptian leader Hosni Mubarak called the Iranians "big, fat liars" in a cable in which he warned of Iran's growing influence in Iraq and the region since the overthrow of Saddam Hussein.

The United Arab Emirates defense chief compared Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to Adolf Hitler in urging against appeasing Iran. http://www.aolnews.com/2010/11/29/wikile…

King Hamadbin Isa al-Khalifa of Bahrain told the commander of U.S. Central Command, Gen. David H. Petraeus, that Iran was the "source of much of the trouble in both Iraq and Afghanistan."

The cable, sent in November 2009 by the U.S. ambassador in Bahrain, added that the king had "argued forcefully for taking action to terminate their nuclear program, by whatever means necessary. 'That program must be stopped,' he said.

Another cable reveals that in the neighboring United Arab Emirates, Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan told a congressional delegation last February that "if Iran goes nuclear, others in the region will move forward on the same track, and the nuclear nonproliferation treaty will completely break down." http://articles.cnn.com/2010-11-28/us/us…

I really don't see Israel attacking Iran as much as they want to because they really don't have the capacity to accomplish what they would want to do. The other Arab countries would do nothing if Israel did attack because they fear a nuclear Iran almost as much as Israel does

    1. Iran is not an Arab country.

    2. Israel's nuclear weapons are not illegal. They are not members of the NPT.

Israel has no right to bemoan any other nation having nuclear weapons when they have thousands of illegal nuclear weapons. They are the country that should be facing sanctions.
