Can a Sunni pray jama'a if the person leading prayer is Shia?

Salam So in my work they often leave a room for us Muslims to pray. But the problem is, a guy leads the prayer and he's Shia. I was wondering if it's haram to pray with them because since the guy leading prayer is Shia then it's haram because he's praising Ali more the Mohammed (PBUH) during tashahoud and the prayer .
*"Jama'a" means in a group/together.
