GTX 560 Ti Superclocked, Zotac or EVGA?

These are both factory overclocked GTX 560 Ti's from what I've read,

Specs,

ZOTAC,

Core Clock-950MHz

Shader Clock-1900MHz

Memort Clock-4400MHz

EVGA,

Core Clock-900 Mhz

Shader Clock-1800MHz

Memory Clock-4212

The standard GTX 560 Ti,

(Core, Shader, and Memory Clocks)

822

1645

4000

Which one is better ?

I was thinking of buying the Zotac, because not only are the clocks better, but it has a promo code for $10 off right now.

Update:

And from what I've read, they're stable, with fairly good temps.

Update 2:

Both are $249.99, but the Zotac has a $10 off promo code.

EVGA is a much better brand. Zotac is a more "lowest bidder" type brand. I placed my bets on an EVGA GTS 450 myself and i wasnt and am still not disappointed with my choice.

I've always had great results with EVGA video cards, myself. Great quality and service, if needed.
