How do I get the helm of Winterhold?

I need the helm of winterhold for the jarl in winterhold and its apparently located in somewhere called driftshade santuary.

For me, the Helm was located at Hela's Folly. It appears the location is random according to the game's Radiant AI. But regardless, the Jarl marked the location on your map when he gave you the quest. It's most likely a place you haven't been to yet, so you'll probably have to hike there. Good luck!
