You should see your doctor sooner rather than later. I had similar issues a few yrs back. I had a herniated disk in my lower back and it was pressing on my nerve. I had all sorts of butt, hip, leg & foot issues. I've had to have 3 spine surgeries & the 3rd one was a spinal fusion for the L5-S1 vertebra with screws & rods. sicne it took so long to get thru all 3 surgeries I now have perm. nerve damage in my right buttock, hip, leg & foot. I am also disabled & on disability. I still have horrible back pain/aches and daily issues with my foot....even walk with a limp.
So....the sooner you get it looked at, the better. Meds & spinal injections & physical therapy all did NOTHING for me!!

It seems sciatica. There are many reasons of sciatica like pelvic injury, fracture, tumors or piriformis syndrome. Every reason has different treatment plan.
I had the sciatica due to piriformis syndrome. Its a body disorder, not disease. You can remove pains by stretching your muscle. These iPhone app link helped me to remove sciatica.
Here you can have a visual tour of whole sciatic nerve. Mark the pain area & get a set of rehab exercises in 3D format. There is also available complete medical history & notes.
