"You have." If you're talking about the Rammstein song (which you might not be, I'm just assuming) "Du hast" sounds the same as "du hasst" ("you hate") which is kind of a play on words on their part. But yeah, "du hast" means "you have."

Du hast does not mean hate it means "to have"

Looking for to hate? If so you meant du hasst.

It is used with nouns and NOT verbs!

    An example would be:

    "Hast du Süßigkeiten gern?"

    "Do you like candy?"

If you want to use a verb do so like this:

    "Schwimmst du gern?"

"You like to swim" or "Do you like to swim?"

    Good Luck!

"du hast" : 'you have/possess/own/' (from the verb "haben")

"du hasst" : 'you hate' (from the verb "hassen")
