I think they would want to test you to see how bad the color blindness is. Don't let anyone tell you "no" except for the Army Rangers. They are the ones to decide.
However, as a bit of advice, I would work on your spelling in case you have to take a written test.

No, being color blind is a disqualification for army/marine infantry and and spec forces/operations group.
