Will the EU debt crisis cause "american corporations" to return home for profits?

the list also includes Owens-Illinois Inc, McDonald's, Aon Corp, Invesco Ltd, Dow Chemical Co, Coke cola, Philip Morris, General Motors and Emerson Electric. these are companies facing losses.

With the likelihood of massive taxation right here in the USA, there's not much incentive to return.

Don't understand logic of your question.

How do they return home for profits?

Their profits are based on Europe/EU staying liquid with consumers buying our products. 25% of American exports are to Europe. If Europe/EU goes down, the European consumer goes away.

Coming home will not replace that lost revenue. The revenue is simply gone as consumers disappear.

No there is still money to be made in Europe and they will not want to miss out.

No the same management is still in place with the same mentality .. the will head to asia where they can .. consolidate where they can't ... USA may get a few token jobs out of it ... nothing more ...
