How to gain weight and muscle for men?
So I know there's a lot of difference between men and women when it comes to working out. I'm wondering how to gain weight and muscle for men. Should I workout really hard, not too hard, variation? If anyone knows the best way of how to gain weight and muscle for men I would appreciate it.

Gaining muscle for men and women isn't that much different as it may seem. It's just the amount of working out that may be different, but the workouts can be the same if a man and woman want the same results.
Just workout as hard as you want to see the results you want to see. If you don't know a good workout then I would recommend checking out a site called Free Health Study. There are a lot of good workout guides there that I think you will be able to find one that will work for you.
Just remember to enjoy what you're doing and you'll see the results you want to see.
