Is there any way to convert a .csv file to an excel file?
I tried opening a .csv file in excel, only to find everything there came out to be in one column, only seperated by commas. I need this file for school - a professor uploaded it. I can open it in Google Docs just fine, but I still seem to be unable to convert it into anything usable in Excel - which I need to work with it in. I can't seem to make Google Docs do what I want with it.
Anyone know how to get a .csv file to convert to an Excel file?

When you open it Google Docs. What did you see.
As a test, create a simple spreadsheet. Save it as CSV file. Using notepad, open the csv file and see its contents. Does the one your professor create similar?
