Using light bulbs to power solar panels?

For part of my science fair project I need to use light bulbs as my source of light for my project. I'm sort of new to photovoltaic cells...

Will a solar panel like this http://store.sundancesolar.com/misopa3v10.html generate power off a light bulb? I'm thinking about using 50 watt halogen light bulbs.

Thanks!

Update:

Ok, So is a regular incandescent or halogen better?

Sure. Just make sure your panel is evenly illuminated.

You need UVA rays to power a solar panel.
