Pachi-slo machines are just like slot machines. You can find them in any pachinko parlor. You can change the medals you earned into cash. Pachi-slo is one of the only two gambling activities in Japan where there are pros, people who can make a living out of it. The other one is Mah-jong. If you have good eyesight and some manual dexterity, you can earn around 20 man yen a month doing pachi-slo.

Closest you can get to that is a pachinko parlor. You can turn in your tokens for prizes. There's also places " around the corner " where you trade them in for money. These places are very noisy and smokey.

They don't have casino but the closest you'll find are "pachinko" parlors...especially in Shinbuya...

You play them machines and you'll win tokens that you exchange for gifts or cash.....
